The inspection will be chaired by professor Wang Zehua of Hohai University, chairman of the Cast iron technical Committee of the National Casting Committee. "Inoculation Cored Wire for Cast Iron" is the fourth batch of industry standard Preparation and revision Plan in 2019 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Ke Han [2019] No. 276), "Sulfur Additive for Casting" is the first batch of industry standard preparation and revision Plan in 2020 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Ke Han [2020] No. 114). The two industry standards were drafted by Yuzhou Henglilai New Materials Co., Ltd. and Henan Yuzhongxin Materials Co., LTD.
The establishment of the standards of "Inoculation cored wire for Cast iron" and "Sulfur additive for casting" has filled the blank of the industry standard. The standards stipulate the quality indexes, testing methods and inspection rules of these two auxiliary materials, providing a technical basis for the quality control of the production enterprises and the quality acceptance of the purchasing enterprises.

According to the needs of industrial development, "sulfur enhancer for casting" was formulated. The formulation of standard has important guiding significance for the production and application of sulfur enhancer.
Due to the continuous improvement of cast iron inoculation treatment process, the application of feeding line method inoculation treatment method controlled by PLC increased year by year. This inoculation method is accepted and used by the majority of casting enterprises with its environmental protection, stability and high quality process characteristics. As the key part of the process of raw materials, dosage of packet core in the casting industry is becoming more and more big, to standardize market behavior, guarantee the quality of inoculation packet core, and the cast iron with inoculation packet core industry standards, standards for packet core production and quality inspection, scientific and rational choice for the user packet core specification, type to provide technical basis.
